Please place your order and then wait until I have invoiced you for the items I can supply. Some items may be out of stock and freight charges need to be added. PAYMENTS: may be made by:
VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or UNION PAY: I don't have a secure line, so as a security precaution, split the number into two or more parts and send by separate emails. Don't forget to include the expiry date of the card, and the three digit security code on the back of the card.
DIRECT CREDIT: My account is in the name of MILITARY MEMORABILIA LTD., at ANZ Bank, Auckland, New Zealand # 010297 0164400-00. For overseas customers, SWIFT code: ANZBNZ22. Please add $15.00 to cover the NZ bank charges if not paying from a NZ account.

PAYPAL: Payment would be appreciated in New Zealand dollars. My account is in the name of my email address: medals@milimem.com. A fee of 4% is charged for this service to help cover PayPal's commission.
CASH: Please send by registered mail.
EFTPOS: is only available to customers visiting my shop, or face to face customers at militaria shows.
POSTAGE: Items will be dispatched on the same day payment is received. The postage cost within New Zealand on a small item such as a badge or medal will be $4.00 for ordinary mail or $6.50 for Courier Post. To post a similar item overseas, the cost for standard untracked and uninsured airmail would be $10.00 to Australia and $15.00 to the rest of the world. Tracked International Courier is $28.00 to Australia and $58 to the rest of the world where this service is available. Items may also be sent by FedEx at a higher price.
LAY-BYs: Items may be purchased on a lay-by basis, but unless an arrangement has been made, I will hold the items until the full payment has been made. A deposit will be required at the time of ordering, then regular payments are requested. If no payments are made within a thirty day period, then I reserve the right to return the items to stock. A service fee of 10% of the amount paid will be charged on any cancelled orders. I cannot hold any items without a deposit for more than THREE DAYS for local customers or SEVEN DAYS for overseas customers.
REFUNDS: If any customer is not completely satisfied with any purchase made, it may be returned within five days of receipt to receive a complete refund, less any postal or freight charges.
TRADES OR PURCHASES: I am always interested in accepting certain items in trade or part exchange for items listed on this site. I am also interested in purchasing any items that you may wish to dispose of, from single items to entire collections. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ITEMS UNLESS A PRIOR ENGAGEMENT HAS BEEN MADE. FOREIGN EXCHANGE RATES: To be used as an indication only. The actual rate used will be the prevailing rate on the day the transaction is processed. All transactions are charged in New Zealand dollars.
